I would like to ask if there is a way to download pictures of the graphs produced in ancombc2 vizualization.

Hello Angelica,

Were you able to run `qiime composition da-barplot` to make a graph?

- Once you have that .qzv files, you can open it with [https://view.qiime2.org/](https://view.qiime2.org/)
- then Click on the **(•••)** \> Save as SVG or Save as PNG

I use ancombc2 and da-barplot is not compatible with this file. In the ancombc2 visualizer there is no option for download

You can send me a private message with the data too.

If you can't post data, I totally understand! Can you post the command you ran and the version of Qiime you used?
