Hi,
If i am right the ANCOM show the features that are significantly different between groups. There is a way to know which taxa corresponds to those features? Or we have to do it manually?

Yes!
Yes, you can manually match up feature IDs to taxonomies. Or you can try the section of the Moving Pictures Tutorial right after this section: “Moving Pictures” tutorial — QIIME 2 2019.7.0 documentation
Because your features are now taxonomies (and not ASVs), you will now see the full taxonomy in your ANCOM view.
