I am trying to analyze the LSU (28S) at SILVA 119 database.
But I don't have a data set suitable for qiime 2 of 99% homology LSU (28S) SILVA 119.
I attempted to create a database according to the following web page, but could not create it.
Does anyone have a reference database of 99% homology SILVA 119 of LSU (28S) that can be used for analysis of Qiimw 2?
I am looking for someone who will provide it.
