Hi @hhftang, thanks for all the detailed info!

Have you seen @benjjneb's [comment here](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/import-i-reference-taxonomy-taxonomy-tsv-to-qza/781/29), regarding a similar error? Looking at your error log, I am seeing the same thing - your read counts are identical forward and reverse.
