I’ve created ASV and taxonomy tables using DADA2, but I’m having some trouble with the alpha and beta diversity analysis in RStudio. If anyone has experience with this and could share a tutorial or some code, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you for your help

Hi @saad ,
For diversity analysis in R, I recommend checking out the `vegan` package. They have various tutorials here (also various youtube videos are out there using vegan for microbiome analysis):

> **[vegan: an R package for community ecologists](https://vegandevs.github.io/vegan/)**
>
> Ordination methods, diversity analysis and other functions for community and vegetation ecologists.
