Thank you for your query. Other users have made similar requests on the forum and we have an open issue to add these features in the future.
Do these issues reported above cover your need or do you have additional needs? If you are looking for distances between specific pairs of samples, these are all reported in the distance matrix file (you can export that file from qiime and manually inspect or use skbio to retrieve individual values).
