Hello, I am able to run a bunch of alpha diversity metrics like berger_parker_d brillouin_d chao1 chao1_ci and etc, but I get nothing while running the option --p-metric: ace. It could not produce the alpha-diversity.tsv file. The input .biom file seems good since it works on other metrics. I have ran 20+ samples and only one sample has this error. Any suggestions?
