A little confused about the importing format.

Looks like the new V2 format was added in qiime 2019.4

• @thermokarst & @gregcaporaso revamped the FASTQ manifest formats! The new formats are TSV based, and produce files that are compatible with the Metadata specification .

The old version was very silly so I'm glad we can move to the easier, more consistent V2.
